Dahlia Sale Information

PLEASE READ all of the details below before the sale so that there are no surprises :-)!

At this time all of our dahlias are labeled sold out and will read as such until our sale goes live.

Everything listed in our shop will be available for our sale this coming Friday, March 15, 2024 so you can get your list ready!

About 30 minutes before the sale goes live you will not be able to see any of the inventory as I will be busy plugging in all of the numbers.

We have decided that we will allow your orders to be combined as long as they all go to 1 address, and you MUST email us with all of your order numbers. When we go to ship and see what size box we need to use, we will then at that time reimburse you for any extra shipping charges. So, I suggest you checkout with your most wants first and then go back for more!

All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $14. We are pretty sure that the sale is going to go by really quick so be sure to mark your calendars and set your alarms!

You can create an account through the Login on our Menu bar for faster checkout! Make sure to sign in before the sale begins and then keep refreshing the page as soon as the sale is live.

In the event that while you are checking out you notice things that that are no longer available in your cart, please know that it is completely out of our control to save things in your cart. It just means that somebody else was slightly ahead of you and was able to finish the checkout process and snag the last of that item which eliminated that item from your cart. We cannot do anything about that and for that we are truly sorry! We do plan on starting the shipping process around the beginning of April after the chance of frost is past!

Though we strive to provide the best of quality tubers with good eyes and neck, because of many factors outside of our control (proper planting, soil condition, weather, pests etc…) we cannot guarantee that every one of our tubers will become a vibrate, flower filled plant. We do ask that if you have any issues that you would contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will do what we can to help because your satisfaction and business means a lot to us! PLEASE NOTE that those that are labeled Lesser Quality will have imperfections but are completely viable and are the same kind we plant ourselves in our garden. We will not offer refunds for the Lesser Quality tubers due to any imperfections.

Those that say “Limited Availability” means there are less than 10 tubers available for that variety.

All of our tubers have their abriviated name written on them and will arrive all together in 1 bag with sawdust or peat moss. Please brush them off throuroughly and consult your invoice to determine which tuber variety they are. I am doing it this way this year due to needing to cut down on time and waste to pass the cost savings onto you & help me get these beauties to you in a timely manner since I do the whole shipping proccess pretty much by myself. I have also found it very helpful many times to have the name written on the tuber itself 😁! If you still do not know what it is, please reach out and I will help you!

To help control the spread of disease I do my very best to discard any plants that are suspicious looking, test many of our stock though not all as it is very expensive to do that and disinfect my clippers in-between every plant when harvesting or dividing. There are some varieties that were in our U-Pick flower field where our customers harvested from but most were tested for TSV just before digging them up & again anything that even looked suspicious even if it tested negative, was discarded. The varieties that were in our U-Pick field were Boom Boom White, Caitlin Joy, Camano Buz, Camano Zoe, Citron Du Cap, Clearview Peachy, Coseytown Kay, Creamy, David Digweed, Ferncliff Copper, Gitts Attention, Jowey Linda, MM Buttercream, Penhill Watermellon, Rawhide & Terracotta.

I want to thank you all ahead of time for being a part of our little flower farm in whichever way you are! Your support means so so much to us and God bless you!

Blessings Paula and Family
