RETURN & REFUND POLICY AGREEMENT
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from [Your Business Name] (“Company”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following conditions.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Because we sell perishable agricultural products, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for any refund or store credit, Customers must:

2. DAHLIA TUBERS
For dahlia tubers, the following conditions apply:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation
Photographic evidence is required to verify any damage or issue
If a claim is approved, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
Issue a refund to the original method of payment, OR
Issue a digital store credit (gift card)
Replacements are not guaranteed.
If replacement tubers are available, they may be offered; however, this decision is entirely at the discretion of the Company.
3. RANUNCULUS & ANEMONE CORMS
For ranunculus and anemone corms, the following conditions apply:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation
Photographic evidence is required
If a claim is approved, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
Issue a refund to the original method of payment, OR
Issue a digital store credit (gift card)
Replacements may be offered only if inventory is available and are not guaranteed.
4. ZINNIA SEEDS
For zinnia seeds, the following conditions apply:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation
Photographic evidence is required for any reported issue
If a claim is approved, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
Issue a refund to the original method of payment, OR
Issue a digital store credit (gift card)
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of:
Tubers
Corms
Seeds
All approved resolutions will be handled via refund or store credit only.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company is not responsible for:
Improper storage or handling after delivery
Weather conditions or planting conditions
Pest damage, soil conditions, or grower practices
Failure to grow or thrive after planting
By purchasing, you acknowledge that gardening results may vary and are influenced by factors beyond our control.
7. CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS
All claims are reviewed individually. The Company reserves the right to:
Deny claims that do not meet the stated requirements
Request additional information or photos
Make final determinations regarding eligibility
All decisions made by the Company are final.
